Struggling to Map Your Scope 3 Emissions?
Mapping Scope 3 emissions is a critical step for businesses in construction and manufacturing, yet we know the cost and technical complexity can be a barrier for many SMEs. The good news is that financial support could be available through Invest NI’s Technical Development Incentive (TDI).
What is the TDI Grant?
The TDI is a standalone scheme that companies can use for financial support to gain a range of product certifications and approvals. This includes the technical mapping and baseline development of Scope 3 emissions and supply chain data integration. It assists with up to 50% of the costs of technical consultancy, certifications, and third-party approvals.
A Perfect Fit for Our Supply Chain Cluster Programme
Our Supply Chain Sustainability Programme is potentially an ideal fit for this scheme. We work with an anchor company and a group of their suppliers to build capacity, support data collection and sharing and ensure that scope 3 emissions data is available for your decarbonisation journey.
Key Details for Applicants:
- Eligibility: You must be an existing Invest NI client company.
- Consultant Choice: You are free to select your own consultancy and comparison quotes are not required.
- The Process: You must initiate the application through your Invest NI Client Executive (CE).
- Timing: Invest NI cannot support retrospective costs, engage your CE as early as possible.
